Just a day after Iran unveiled its new Uranium enrichment centrifuges at its Natanz Nuclear facility, the IT infrastructure at the nuclear power plant was sabotaged by a digital attack likely to have been launched by Israel.
As per the sources reporting to our Cybersecurity Insiders, Tehran’s Uranium Enrichment program was disrupted by nuclear terrorism taken up by Israel’s Mossad Spy agency, an agency funded by the government of Iran.
“It is a clear cut breach of the ‘2015 nuclear deal’ made between Iran and Israel and the nation might face equivalent consequences in coming days”, says Ali Akbar Salehi, the chief of nuclear facility located in the central province of Isfahan, Iran.
Though Mr. Salehi did not mention any name of the nation behind the incident, he did gave a hint to the world that it was the act of one of the neighboring states and urged the international community to deal austerely with those behind nuclear terrorism.
Meanwhile, some media resources from Tehran stated that the disruption was caused by a technical glitch that erupted in the electrical distribution grid.
Note 1- Uranium is a radioactive material that can be used in producing nuclear weapons and centrifuges are used to make reactor fuel from Uranium that can be used to produce high energy like electricity.
Note 2– In February this year, the white house authorities revealed they were about to go intending to revive the 2015 nuclear deal that was abandoned by the former US President Donald Trump in 2018.
