A cloud start up that is into the business of security mediation was provided a $60m funding backup recently. And the milestone was achieved quickly by the Tel Aviv based company as it was founded, developed and maintained by the company’s CEO and Co-founder Merav Bahat, also an ex-employee of Microsoft’s R&D division in Israel in September 2021.
Tomer Schwartz and Yuval Ofir the other two co-founders of Dazz are happy that the latest financial backup will help them achieve their vision of building an engineering and development wing in United States with office establishments planned to come up at New York and Palo Alto, respectively.
As of now, Dazz addresses some of the crucial issues related to cloud security that have and can lead to serious data breaches on cloud platforms. It also has the potential to track down misconfiguration and vulnerabilities on applications running in multi-cloud environments and offers solutions in developer friendly way.
Dazz uses AI and so all its processes are automated and is intending to expertise news uses cases which the customers are requesting from weeks.
Thus, with the latest funding, Dazz wants to build a 30 member engineering team that would double up to 75 by July, 2022.
Merav Bahat assured that the new team to be formed in the office of United States by March 2022 will include an equal number of female talents, as she strongly aims to remove the existing gender disparity in cybersecurity jobs.
