To all users who aim to buy a Google Pixel 3 phone in near future, here comes happy news from the Web Search Giant ‘Google’. The Mountain View Company has announced yesterday at the hardware reveal event that all its Pixel phones coming in future will have the potential to integrate Titan Security into the hardware.
Titan Security is the same system which was built into Google data centers and is said to offer secure boot process, will help secure the lock screen, strengthen disk encryption, and protect the integrity of the operating system in all Pixel 3 mobile phones in near future.
“By combing Titan Security both into the data center and on the device, we’ve created a closed loop for your data across the Google Ecosystem”, said Rick Osterloh, Senior VP of Hardware, Google.
Note- Readers of Cyber Security Insiders have to notify a fact over here that the latest revelation comes just after the news leaked that Google+ service is being shut down due to a data breach which impacted more than 496,000 users.
The highlight of Google Pixel 3 is that it will support T-Mobile’s 600 MHz extended range LTE support which is already live in more than 1,270 cities and towns laying the foundation for 5G. That means Google Pixel 3 phones will be ready to entertain 5G internet network along with the latest breed of Apple iPhones. The price of Google Pixel 3 is said to start from $899 and will vary as per the variant which the user picks up.
